The Aims of Blossoms Montessori training

The Montessori method is a fundamental form of education that has been consistently proven to be useful in developing a child’s independence and confidence.
Blossoms Teacher training programs provide a comprehensive understanding of the Montessori Philosophy, practical training and valuable class room experiences which nurture excellence in Early Childhood Education and teaching methods.
Blossoms training programs play a vital role in equipping aspiring Montessori Teachers with the knowledge, skills and practical experience necessary to excel in the class room.
Practical training and Internship opportunities. Through observation, guided practice and immersive teaching experience, Blossoms Montessori students gain practical skills, refine their instructional techniques and cultivate a deep understanding of Montessori philosophy in action. The 10 months course comprises of the theoretical and practical sessions followed by three months practical hands-on sessions in our Pre School classrooms in the same premises.

Blossoms’ ISO 21001:2018 certification bears the registration #IRQS/233100037. We are proud to be in compliance with the Management System for Educational Organizations (EOMS) which is the first Global Standard of its kind. It emphasizes our educational organizations’ Quality and Ability to support the acquisition and development of competence through Teaching, Learning and Researching.

ISO 21001:2018 is structured according to the 10 chapters of the High Level Structure (HLS) of modern ISO management system standards. The certificate of compliance to EOMS is based on international requirements/ guidelines and NABCB (National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies) criteria QM006.

With all the above fundamentals in place, Blossoms’ Montessori certified Teachers acquire the expertise of Early Childhood Education (ECE) to help the holistic development of a child’s social, emotional, cognitive, linguistic and physical needs in order to build a solid and broad foundation for lifelong learning and wellbeing.
